Personal Statement.

Currently I am preparing to exhibit my final year University project, ‘The green aesthetic’ which has attracted interest from the print media and television. I will be exhibiting at ‘The Product Designers Market’ at the Old Truman Brewery, London E1, and then at ‘New Designers’, Business Design Centre, London N1.
I was recently asked to be a guest speaker by Middlesex University to speak on ‘The green aesthetic and greenwashing’. This was a result of my published dissertation which initiated the paradigm of Design for Green Communication (DfGC). I am very interested in sustainable design and product semantics, particularly using product aesthetics to communicate brand values with consumers.
Working in aerospace design has given me a strong and professional work ethic and the design work has enabled me to develop a keen attention to detail in my design.
